FAR Chemical’s laboratory and manufacturing complex in Palm Bay, Florida, is configured to design, scale up and produce a variety of complex and difficult chemistries. Our process equipment is capable of handling a full range of organic chemical syntheses. A variety of 50 to 2,000 gallon glass-lined, Hastelloy and stainless steel reactors can be configured to run the most difficult processes. Purifications are carried out via stainless steel or ceramic-packed fractionation units.

Single plate wiped or thin film evaporators are used for viscous formulations and heat sensitive products.  Alloy steel centrifuges, pressure nutsches and sparkler filter presses are available for solid/liquid separations. Drying of solid products is accomplished using double cone rotary or vacuum tray dryers.
