Palm Bay, Florida
FAR Chemical’s laboratory and manufacturing complex in Palm Bay, Florida, is configured to design, scale up and produce a variety of complex and difficult chemistries. Our process equipment is capable of handling a full range of organic chemical syntheses. A variety of 50 to 2,000 gallon glass-lined, Hastelloy and stainless steel reactors can be configured to run the most difficult processes. Purifications are carried out via stainless steel or ceramic-packed fractionation units.
Single plate wiped or thin film evaporators are used for viscous formulations and heat sensitive products. Alloy steel centrifuges, pressure nutsches and sparkler filter presses are available for solid/liquid separations. Drying of solid products is accomplished using double cone rotary or vacuum tray dryers.
Bound Brook, New Jersey
FAR Chemical’s Bound Brook facility works with clients from product conceptualization and early stage proof of principle to definition and optimization of the full-scale manufacturing process, delivering orders as small as 1Kg to as large as metric tons. We manufacture in 20 to 2,000 gallon glass-lined and stainless-steel reactors in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (“cGMP”) practices.
